Most of you have probably seen this on RCPFA, but Chris Packard finished up my cage for me yesterday. I figured I would start the build thread here. I'll catch up all of the other details later...

Same basic design, but built with kids in mind.
Rear suspension seat, four point kids harnesses.
Chris can build a cage to fit your needs.

Yup, just talk to Chris and he will put a design together to fit your needs. I haven't had the back seat in the TJ for the last 5 years or so. I asked for a fastback style since I wasn't worried about the rear. I'm just going to put some added anchor points in the bed to tie down tool boxes, etc...

Cage looks good Bobby. Great work from Packard as usual.:2thumbsup:
Are you gonna be able to put your doors back on with the door bars? It looks like it will fit from the pics.

Sean,
the doors won't fit as the door bars come out a little past the body to keep to from getting hung up on rocks, etc... Should help it slide past obstacles a little better.

The cage looks damn good Bobby! A set of full soft doors with a lil modification might get you covered for inclimate weather. In the mean time my friend it's summer just go wheel it. :2thumbsup::driving:

Bobby,
Soft doors still fit on mine.

I may look at putting some soft doors on, but I think for the time being I'm just going to get a bikini top to cover the passengers for the unexpected rainfall.
Thought I had posted up pics since I had painted it, but I guess I didn't...

Haven't updated this in a while...
I added a set of Modern Classic Enterprises flat fenders and removed the Xenon flares that I had.

Also removed the windshield .

Other than that other basic maintenance stuff...
new plugs
added a new optima red top battery
replace all the brake pads
etc...
Also turned the tags into the DMV. No more street time for the Jeep.
