Thats right guys. Im selling the XJ. I want to start DD my Rubi and maybe down the road pick up a Project to take and really beat on. This is a nice XJ

Im going to post some more pic's tommrow as it got dark on me

The Good:

Everything works and when i say that i mean it. There is ZERO wrong with the jeep. Ive paid 1,000,000 dollars to make sure of that. It has New brakes, Hubs, 30 x 9.50 hankook AT M's with 500 miles on them. New radiator new hoses clutch fan water pump it has a spectre Cold air intake i jsut replaced the fog lights as well as repaired the passenger side window motor. Also comes with a Kenwood deck with Sat Radio installed. And i might even throw in the 10 inch Alpine Sub and Amp.

The Bad:

It has a few scratch's in the body and a dent upper passenger rear panel. I was going to buy the OR FAB or JC off road Armor that bolts up there to fix it. The interior is in good shape but it has been smoked in. Seats and everything in good shape though.

I know im forgetting something but if you want to look at it or talk about it PM and ill give you my number.

161,000 miles
im FIRM in asking $2500 for it.

This jeep could go either way. Its still nice enough to drive to Church but its ready to hit the trails as well.

i go back and forth with it. But there is no use me ruining a good jeep. I figure ill put another 30k on the rubi and see where im at a year from now.

Yes and no. My buddy bought it for his daughter. I've been trying to convince him to sell it.

i sold my 98 2 years ago for 2500 with 150,000 on it. It was for sale for 2 weeks. This def beats that record. 3 days. Amazing. Wish one of my first cars would have been an xj. I will miss it.

You will want another one, the JK is half the Jeep a XJ is. Trust me, I know first hand.

Sadly for me i have to agree with you. Its the soft top and swagger the rubi gets me with. We are looking at a 2009 grand. Please talk me out of it. 3.7 ??? omg.

If you do go V-8, get the Hemi, it gets better mileage than the 4.7 with about 100 more hp. I get 13 in town and 19-21 highway in the Commander with the Hemi. The Commander weighs in at 5k, the GC should be a little less with the same drivetrain.

Buy a 4 door tundra. Tahoe something like this. You'll feel better towing with it if you ever get to that point.

If you plan on towing, do yourself a favor and listen to Matt.

What 350? A crew cab?

Anyway I like the avvy except if you ever want to put a camper shell on it there is only a couple that make one for it and they are expensive. I'd just get a regular 1/2 ton crew cab if you were using it for DD use. My dad's really does great.

For me I want a dedicated tow rig. It'll be a crew cab dually.
