A co-worker of mine is looking for a set of wheels and tires for his XJ.
Right now he has factory steelies that are pretty beat up. He would like to find some in better condition. He would also like to upgrade to 31s while he's at it. His budget is limited to around $200-$250 for the whole set, so he isn't expecting perfection, just bigger and better.
