Siphon Pump

Anybody have one? Preferably electric. I tried my 2 manual ones and neither of them seem to be working. I want to get all the gas out of my tank. I suspect I know whats wrong.

Use a hose, slide the hose down into the tank as far as you can, seal off the open end with your thumb and pull the hose back out and let gravity/suction do the work for you.

I don't own a siphon pump, gas prices haven't gotten that far outta control yet.:broke:
