I was just wondering if there are any good shops around here to buy parts from or if most of you just shop online. Also any good shops for installation of add a leafs, shackle lifts, body lifts, or full lift kits. I am somewhat handy but when it comes to my suspension I get a little aprehensive. Also in addition to shops if there are any of you on here who do the work on the side, (thats really the route I prefer to take) Feel free to contact me on here or by email MikeB78@cox.net. Thank all of y'all for your time.

Mike

For parts, I always order online, unless it is something small, and common that can be bought locally for compairable price. What exactly are looking to purchase. As for installation, Matt just had his rubicon done at Seacrist Motorsports in Salem, I'd be more than willing to help out as I can, or provide advice, etc... But will be busy with my rig's teardown and rebuild for the next month or two.

Shoot me a PM with contact info to discuss what you have in mind. Might be awhile before I can get to it though as I am pretty well booked for awhile.

Agreed. Seacrist is a good guy and they do good work. They moslty are into mud trucks, however can work on anything.

I could help but right now I'm so backed up with my own projects there is no way I could do it.

Sorry for digging up an old thread, but I was curious where you Roanoke guys go for inspection.

And this is my laziness talking, do I have to have doors and top on to get one?

perfection muffler on peters creek. Is where I go. I doubt you have to have a top and doors on in a wrangler.

As long as you have an outside mirror and the rear view, I think you'll be fine.
