This is an invitation only event. NovaJeepers is hosting this event and inviting several other area clubs to attend.

Rausch Creek Off Road park offers free overnight (primitive) camping to members and visitors.

We will have guided groups ranging from green to reds.

Cost

$10 per person Camp Heep Registration gets you a raffle ticket and dinner Saturday night.

This is a great event with a lot of trails.

Please post up in this thread if you would like to attend.

We will cut off registration on 8/1 to get an accurate head count for the food.

This is the official sign up/Trail selection thread for Camp Heep VI. (Saturday Main event August 13th 2011)

Please sign up by Aug. 1st so we can have a head count for the cookout and trail leaders.

This sign up will allow us to get the number of rigs and people sent to the right places so there are enough Trail Leaders for each level and enough food for the cookout.

Please post your screenname (and guests/family in your Jeep)(example: stoney04tj+1 blue/blacks) along with your trail level selection listed below.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL JEEPS
-front and rear tow points rated for the rig
-working 4wd system
-full size spare
-working seat belts
-common sense!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ITEMS
-skids, oil pan, diff, tcase, ext.
-rocker guards
-recovery gear (winch, straps (no hooks), d rings, etc.)
-camera
-food
-cookies(cause cookies make everything better)


trail levels will be

greens/low blues
blues (all levels)
blues/optional black obstacles
blues/black trails/obstacles
blacks
reds/comp course....

I will be in Butler Penn. The Bantam jeep festival is there and rausch creek set up the park for the event.

Also noticed the hotels list and camping I would be willing to bet, most if not all are already full. May want to check before making plans. Butler Penn is expecting over 10,000 people for the jeep festival. The last count I seen there was over 600 jeeps regestered for the festival. Just a thought...

Butler is over 250 miles from Rausch Creek, there are hotel rooms still available. BTW, the Rausch Creek rates saves you like 50% on the room. Make sure to ask for it (you have to call).

Unfortunately Im not gonna make the trip. Had foot surgery last week and lost 4 days of work.:mad:

Been there done that on the foot surgery. Hope it wasn't to serious. Let me know if you need a hand with anything, I know how it is not being able to get around.

Thanks Brian Im OK just really sore. Went back to work Mon and being on your feet all day after that is kinda rough. LOL
