Windshield replacement

I have a new windshield I need to put in the xj. I know somebody here did it, but I can't find the thread. Was it too much of a pain? Anybody know of anybody in town who is cheap to put one in? How hard will it be to take the good one out of the donor jeep?

Never mind. I got a quote of $180. Includes the windshield. Just gonna do this.
