I dont care if its been rolled, T boned or front/rear ended. I just need it to be a good runner with good tranny/T case and axles.

$500 or less

if you find a 97+ with a good nose, i'll go in on it with you if you don't want the front fenders, clip, grill etc

Sounds good. Ive never dissected a 97+ XJ so that would be a good one this time to get. I enjoyed taking the 96 completely apart.

You may check this one out...He is looking for $700 but he may take $500.
It is a 95 two door 4.0, only downside appears to be high miles and rust.

If that were in the Roanoke valley I would buy it! The only thing that worries me about that Jeep is why doesn't he have a title for it? Seems odd and throws up a red flag. I would get the VID off of it and have one of my LEO friends run it for me before I would pay money.

I don't really need a title though for what I do with the parts jeeps I buy, I just haul whats left to Cycle Systems after I get the good stuff off of it and collect the last $60 for the scrap metal.

I have decided to narrow my search to the 96-98 year models. I'm looking for a good runner and don't really care about the body but if it has a good front end and is a 97-98 I'm sure Fitch will want those parts.

Be on the lookout.
