Hey guys. I have a friend who is somehow related to a woman that owns several acres up on poor mtn. It has a few little trails and two really steep hill climbs. Just a nice mtn ride with pretty scenery. She may be willing to let a small group of people go up sometime, usually it's just me and my friend, but with all these local trails being closed down and bought out to developers I thought some of you could use a little local trail to go play on just so you don't start losing it and think about waxing your jeeps.:harhar:
Her is a pic of me trying to flex on one of the "three" rocks on this trail...

If anyone would be interested in going sometime in a week or so let me know

There are TONS of trails up there, but do NOT go without permission from landowners (not directed toward you Kevin, but for others who may want to explore).

Most of the land up there is leased to a hunt club who doesn't like our kind. However, last year, I got to ride up there with Daryl from SWVA and a good group who had permission. There is the infamous Gorge of Eternal Peril up there ( http://www.jeepsunlimited.com/forums/showthread.php?t=27743 ).

I think SWVA is going up again August 22nd. It would be well worth the yearly membership dues in SWVA to be able to legally go up there for the day.
