:drama:thought id share a few features about the forums with you guy you might not have known about.

If you want an email notification when you get a PM you need to go to your user profile and put a check int he box under edit settings. You can also turn off the visitor messages from there as well. Im still debating if i like it or not casue it kinda defeats the purpose of Private Messages. Depending on what you all say and what JT wants to do we might disable it forum wide.

There is a hook looking button right after the quote and edit button of a thread post. If you hit that button it enables the quick reply.

Ill post more as i come up with them or think about them and if you guys have figured one out please share. Also please post here with any suggestions you might have or problems.

Only 4 pictures per post? Is this the way it is gonna be? If so I'll have to put a ton of pages on my buld thread.

Just create a album, then use the best pics to highlight the important, while the rest of the pics are in the album for all to see. Plus you can link pics from your album to your posts.

BTW can you sort the pics in the album or are they only going to appear in the order that you upload them???

I need another album like I need a hole in my head. I have my build thread in word to cut and paste into forums. Using the album here would mess that up. I'll just do more posts.

Same here, I already have enough albums to worry about. I just did multiple posts on mine.
I don't mind the 4 pic limit at home (live in boonies with dial up), but it's different when I get to work on the high speed.

i have been having problems getting pics to work right on my threads. i finally figured out what DZYDG already said and just started an album to put pics in. i am not sure if it is a Mac think or not. i have not had time to play with it and try the attachment management at work on a PC.

i miss the thing on the bottom of the thread that links you back to the form the
"scc4x4.com > General > General Chat > Forum Tips and Tricks"
thingy. I know it is at the top but it nice to have it at the bottom too.
